Sometimes in the whirlwind that is our lives, we forget how beautiful the world is. I've always been one to look at the details, the small things that bring beauty {a golden leaf, the way my jewelry is arranged on my nightstand, the feel of a particularly lovely fabric in my hands} but these photos remind me of how important the big pictures is, too. You have to be able to see both in order to live a truly balanced life.
